About the Role
Dolmen Real Estate Management (Dolmen Group) is hiring an Assistant Manager Application at its Head Office in Dolmen City Clifton, Karachi. The specialist gathers business requirements, customizes and manages Odoo ERP modules, builds API integrations, and optimizes enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business requirements gathering and FIT/GAP analysis across real estate and property management operations.
- Customize, configure, and develop Odoo ERP modules, reports, approval workflows, and data pipelines.
- Architect and maintain REST API integrations connecting Odoo with third-party software, mobile apps, and financial portals.
- Perform root-cause troubleshooting for ERP incidents, managing bug fixes and system optimization.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), version upgrades, database migrations, and release deployments.
- Conduct comprehensive system training and create user manuals for departmental end-users.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP development, customization, and administration (Python, PostgreSQL, XML).
- Strong command of Odoo architecture, ORM, API integrations, and report writing (QWeb).
- Excellent understanding of business processes in real estate, procurement, leasing, and accounting.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Official Odoo Certification.
- Experience deploying Odoo Enterprise on cloud environments (AWS/Docker).
