About the Role
AIK By Bank Islami is seeking an energetic and qualified professional for the role of Assistant Manager Digital Financing based in Islamabad. This position offers competitive remuneration of PKR 150,000 - 250,000 / month and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational and technical responsibilities according to the standards of AIK By Bank Islami.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to deliver timely milestones and ensure seamless workflows.
- Analyze work challenges, recommend enhancements, and execute structured problem resolution.
- Maintain high documentation accuracy, reporting metrics, and professional compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant professional industry experience.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on exposure in leading corporate or public sector organizations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and digital workflow platforms.
