Assistant Manager ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
About the Role
McDonald's Pakistan is looking for an Assistant Manager ERP in Lahore to manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations across corporate finance, supply chain, and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional support, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules
- Work with finance, procurement, supply chain, and restaurant operations teams to map business processes into ERP workflows
- Troubleshoot daily ERP functional issues, manage user access roles, and ensure data integrity across restaurant branches
- Manage ERP integration points with restaurant POS systems, supply chain portals, and financial reporting databases
- Conduct user training sessions and develop standardized system documentation for new software releases
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX or enterprise ERP systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory accounting, and supply chain operational workflows
- Ability to handle multiple project deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or ACCA qualification with IT expertise
