Key Responsibilities
- Ensure availability, reliability and optimal performance of all IT systems and services, keeping the project's technology dependable for the staff who depend on it.
- Coordinate procurement, installation, maintenance and inventory management of IT equipment, software and related services, linking purchasing, setup, upkeep and stock records for project technology.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software resources.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Degree areas named for this position are Computer Engineering/Sciences, Computer Networks, Software Engineering and Network Engineering.
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a public sector organization shall be preferred.
- Domicile is required for this position.
- Manage and maintain the PMU's and PIUs' IT infrastructure, covering computers, servers, networking equipment, internet connectivity and communication systems so that project technology remains in working order.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to staff for hardware, software, network and system-related issues, resolving the day-to-day technology problems that interrupt work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
