Key Responsibilities
- Monitor basic data-entry issues and coordinate with POs and the MIS Consultant for timely resolution of system-related problems.
- Support the development and maintenance of online dashboards, Programme progress updates and digital reporting tools.
- Support the integration of MIS outputs with M&E requirements and assist in generating timely Programme monitoring and reporting information.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, mobile applications development and working with MIS, preferably in the development sector.
- Experience and skills in IT, network management and web page management.
- Maximum age limit is 45 years.
- Provide technical support to PMU and PO staff in the effective use of mobile applications, smartphones, tablets and digital data collection tools.
- Maintain basic system documentation, user guides and troubleshooting records so that PMU and PO users can use MIS/IT systems consistently.
- Provide timely and practical technical solutions to MIS/IT issues, escalating complex matters to the relevant consultants or service providers where required, with minimum disruption to Programme operations.
- Eligible qualifications listed in the advertisement include BS Computer Science (BSCS), BBA (Information Technology), EMBA (IT), BE Computer Science, MSc Information Technology, MSc Information Technology Management, B.Com Information Technology, Master of Information Technology (MIT), Bachelors of Theology, MS Computer and Information Technology, and MSc Management Information System.
