Assistant Manager - Sales Projects (Food Division)
About the Role
Ismail Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Sales Projects in Karachi to drive commercial excellence initiatives, rollout route-to-market software tools, and optimize nationwide sales processes across the Food Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of sales excellence and commercial projects across the Food Division.
- Coordinate with regional sales heads, distribution partners, and IT vendors to align project requirements and execution schedules.
- Develop sales performance dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive review presentations for senior leadership.
- Identify field execution bottlenecks, order booking delays, and recommend data-driven operational improvements.
- Supervise user acceptance testing (UAT), field feedback collection, and change management for sales automation apps.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Project Management.
- 2 to 4 years of proven project management or commercial analytics experience in a reputable FMCG company.
- High proficiency in sales data analytics, BI dashboards, and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (CAPM/PMP) or prior experience rolling out SFA (Sales Force Automation) systems.
