Key Responsibilities
- Execute core operational, administrative, and technical functions assigned to the Assistant – Office Management role.
- Ensure strict compliance with Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety (PASS) rules, official procedures, and standard operating standards.
- Prepare routine progress documentation, coordinate with team members, and report to the competent authority.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- About 3 years of relevant experience in office administration or clerical work is preferred.
- The maximum age limit is 45 years.
- Age Limit Max: 45 years
- Provide routine administrative and clerical support to the PMU.
- Assist in the preparation, printing, scanning, photocopying and dispatch of project documents.
- Facilitate the movement and delivery of official documents and correspondence.
- The PMU reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to cancel the recruitment process, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
- A minimum bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.
