About the Role
The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives invites applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for the position of ASSISTANT PRIVATE SECRETARY (APS) — EQUIVALENT TO PPS-6. This contract appointment offers an official pay package of PKR 100,000 - 160,000 / month with postings based in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute core departmental functions and public mandates under the guidelines of Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com 2 years)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Associate Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Associate Degree in Artificial Intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within federal government departments or autonomous public authorities.
- Familiarity with Government of Pakistan rules, e-office systems, and official administrative procedures.
