About the Role
Punjab Transport Company (PTC) is hiring 9 Associate (Admin) staff for its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in Lahore on a contract basis. The role carries a monthly salary of up to PKR 140,000 and requires a 14-year bachelor's degree plus 7 years of office management experience in a public sector organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, registers and document management systems so that the unit's paperwork stays complete and traceable.
- Assist in the preparation, dispatch and receipt of official correspondence and documents, keeping the flow of official letters and papers moving correctly.
- Maintain inventory records and support administrative and procurement activities of the unit.
- Assist project staff in the preparation of reports, presentations and official documents.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- At least 07 years of office management experience in a public sector organization.
- Domicile is required for this position.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in logistical arrangements and office administration for the Project Implementation Unit.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
