Branch Manager - Express Operations & Commercial Recovery
About the Role
Leopards Courier Services is hiring a results-driven Branch Manager in Kasur to direct branch courier operations, oversee Cash-on-Delivery (COD) financial reconciliations, and accelerate regional parcel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead total branch express courier, cargo, and COD operations, ensuring SLA compliance for deliveries and pickups.
- Drive regional corporate sales, acquire commercial manufacturing accounts, and expand retail booking counter volumes.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation, ensure secure cashier custody, and manage operational expenditure controls.
- Manage courier riders, dispatch sorters, and customer service staff to ensure fast parcel turnaround and zero loss.
- Resolve customer complaints, handle transit escalations, and represent the company with local commercial stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- 2 to 4 years of operational supervisory or branch management experience in the courier, logistics, or 3PL industry.
- Sound understanding of branch accounting, route planning, cash handling, and courier operations SOPs.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Kasur commercial, tanneries, and industrial trade markets.
