Business Analyst
About the Role
Accrescent Engineers is expanding its Karachi corporate team and seeking a data-driven Business Analyst reporting directly to the CEO. The role focuses on business process optimization, KPI performance dashboards, and actionable commercial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business workflows and operational metrics to deliver data-backed strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain automated executive performance dashboards using Power BI and advanced MS Excel models.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project management divisions to enhance cross-functional operational efficiency.
- Track company-wide strategic KPIs and prepare board-level intelligence reports directly for the Chief Executive Officer.
- Conduct industry benchmarking and feasibility studies to support new corporate ventures and operational expansions.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics (BBA/MBA), or ACCA qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of verified experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or operations management.
- Demonstrated mastery of Power BI, MS Excel, and business data visualization suites.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience directly assisting executive leadership (CEO/COO office) in an engineering or industrial setting.
