Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and business process re-engineering (BPR) to improve service delivery efficiency.
- Support project prioritization and portfolio alignment.
- Analyze KPIs and generate actionable insights to guide leadership in evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience is preferably in government or public sector digital transformation projects.
- Eligibility Criteria Experience 4 Years
- Elicit, document, and analyze requirements from ministries, regulators, and partner organizations, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or Data Analytics.
- Support PDA leadership in strategy, project execution, and policy development so digital programmes deliver measurable impact and align with the National Digital Masterplan.
