Key Responsibilities
- Assist businesses in understanding and navigating regulatory requirements and procedures.
- Provide guidance on business registration, licensing and compliance issues.
- Seek confirmation of the entered data from the client before submission and rectify any mistake pointed out by the client.
- Respond to inquiries from businesses and provide accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents and presentations as needed.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Experience: at least 1 year.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.
- Address and resolve complaints and issues faced by businesses.
- Education: Master of Public Administration (MPA), MSc Economics, MA International Relations or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
