About the Role
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is hiring dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew based in Karachi. The position delivers world-class hospitality, in-flight passenger care, and uncompromising safety standards on domestic and international flights.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, high-quality in-flight food and beverage service to domestic and international travelers.
- Conduct pre-flight safety equipment inspections and emergency evacuation demonstrations in compliance with PCAA and ICAO standards.
- Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight emergencies, medical situations, and turbulence events.
- Assist passengers requiring special care, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and people with disabilities.
- Maintain flawless personal grooming, uniform standards, and professional demeanor as a global ambassador of PIA.
- Complete post-flight cabin reconciliations, customs paperwork, and safety reports with flight deck crew.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Age between 20 and 28 years at the time of application.
- Minimum height: Female 5'2" (157 cm), Male 5'7" (170 cm) with proportionate Body Mass Index (BMI).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu, with clear diction and pleasant voice.
- Valid Pakistani passport and willingness to fly irregular schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience in an airline or 5-star hotel.
- Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages (e.g. Arabic, Chinese).
