About the Role

Join Careem Pakistan as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer II. Help scale the Everything App across Pakistan, driving digital transportation, food delivery, and fin-tech payment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Networking & Connectivity
  • Design, configure, and manage office networks using Cisco Meraki (switches, wireless access points, security appliances, and dashboard administration).
  • Manage MPLS network connections and WAN links across all office and data center locations, ensuring optimal performance and redundancy.
  • Deploy and maintain Peplink SD-WAN/failover solutions for both offices and the data center.
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues, latency, and connectivity outages across the WAN/LAN environment.
  • Data Center & Virtualization
  • Administer and maintain data center server clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and capacity planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering outcomes in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in rapid-growth tech, ridesharing, or digital marketplace platforms.
