About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide vision and leadership to ensure the NBFC meets its strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for managing government pension and long-term funds.
- Oversee the management of Defined Benefit and long-term government funds in compliance with approved investment policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Overall experience: 20 years.
- Relevant experience: 10 years in financial research & analysis, decision making, advisory, financial risk management, or investment management.
- Senior position experience: 5 years as head of department, head of advisory team, CEO, or equivalent role.
- Preferred: Experience working at a financial institution licensed by SECP or SBP in a senior position.
- Eligibility Criteria Experience 20 Years
- Age Limit Max: 58 years
- Ensure diversification and optimal allocation of investable funds across multiple fund managers.
- MBA (Finance/Accounts) or Master’s degree or equivalent from a university/institution recognized by HEC in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a professional qualification related to the company’s principal business, OR
