Key Responsibilities
- Eligibility will be determined and selection will be finalized as per approved government policy.
- Provide a marketing plan and the vision of the company's future development.
- Lead the development and execution of short and long-term operational policies and strategic plans for the company.
- Assess risks to the company and ensure they are monitored and minimized.
- Bear responsibility for the company's finances, including working closely with the CFO to prepare budgets.
- Work closely with Human Resources to streamline hiring practices and the fixation of perks, privileges and benefit disbursement for employees.
- Oversee quality control throughout the company and establish goals for each department in partnership with division managers.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Out of the 10 years' experience, at least 5 years must be as a Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive or Principal Officer in the insurance industry, or as an officer with an Insurance Regulator.
- Maximum age limit is 62 years.
- Eligibility Criteria Experience 10 Years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, or a foreign qualification of equivalent level recognized by the HEC, with at least 10 years' experience.
- Alternatively, ACII or FCII qualification.
- Alternatively, be a Fellow or Associate of the Institute or Society of Actuaries, or hold an equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries.
- The remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competence.
