About the Role
The Pakistan Digital Authority invites applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for the position of Chief Software Architect. This contract appointment offers an official pay package of PKR 300,000 - 500,000 / month with postings based in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute core departmental functions and public mandates under the guidelines of Pakistan Digital Authority.
- Ensure complete compliance with Federal Government rules, regulations, and operational SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and public stakeholders to facilitate seamless daily operations.
- Maintain accurate official documentation, reporting metrics, and statutory records.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree from an HEC-recognized university in a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of progressively responsible professional experience with leadership track record.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, public policy expertise, and organizational leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, institutional negotiation, and stakeholder governance skills.
- Citizenship of Pakistan meeting federal government service eligibility criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within federal government departments or autonomous public authorities.
- Familiarity with Government of Pakistan rules, e-office systems, and official administrative procedures.
