Key Responsibilities
- Continuously review and align project activities with strategic objectives so that initiatives remain coherent and create synergy.
- Assist in translating the strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure project execution adheres to defined goals.
- Advise on the development and refinement of policies that support digital transformation.
- Identify skill gaps, recommend training programs and advise on best practices for building a competent digital governance team.
- Guide the team in strategic risk assessments for project components and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare strategic reports and documentation that articulate progress, challenges and opportunities in the project's strategy implementation.
- Interpret complex data and provide actionable insights from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience is required.
- Provide guidance on capacity-building measures needed to implement digital strategies across different projects.
- A postgraduate qualification is required in one of the listed fields, such as PGD, MSc, MS, MPhil, MBA, ME, MA or an equivalent master's degree in information technology, computer science, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, networking, telecommunications, software engineering, information systems, library and information science, geographic information systems, digital forensics, forensic science, security studies or a closely related area named in the advertisement.
