About the Role
Attock Petroleum Limited (APL) is seeking a qualified Contracts & Billing Executive (Engineering) at its Rawalpindi office to manage engineering contracts, purchase orders, contractor billing verification, and asset planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer engineering contracts and Purchase Orders (POs), reviewing contractual clauses and monitoring active agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive billing registers, verify contractor IPCs, and track invoice processing through finance workflows.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance departments to reconcile billing discrepancies and payment schedules.
- Support asset planning, maintain equipment records, and ensure alignment with approved departmental capital budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with standard engineering procurement procedures, statutory tax deductions, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) from an HEC-recognized university.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant engineering contracts and billing administration experience, preferably in an OMC.
- Strong understanding of engineering contract terms, bills of quantities (BOQs), and contractor verification protocols.
- High proficiency in ERP applications (SAP/Oracle) and spreadsheet modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- PEC registration and prior experience with petroleum storage terminal or retail construction contracts.
