About the Role
The Millennium Universal College (TMUC) is looking for an Academic Coordinator & Lecturer in Business Management at its Bahria Springs Campus, Rawalpindi, to teach UK-affiliated degree modules and manage academic administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate lectures, seminars, and workshops in Business Management, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Coordinate international degree program assessments in adherence to UK university and Pearson qualification criteria.
- Monitor student academic progression, maintain attendance records, and provide personalized academic tutoring.
- Manage academic scheduling, guest speaker lectures, industrial visits, and student career workshops.
- Serve as academic liaison between students, faculty members, and central university administration.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- MS / M.Phil or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- 2 to 3 years of teaching or academic coordination experience in transnational higher education (TNE).
- Familiarity with UK university assessment frameworks (University of London / Pearson Edexcel / Hertfordshire).
- Strong interpersonal, classroom management, and academic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in transnational education (TNE) quality assurance and exam administration.
