About the Role
Airlink Communication is hiring an enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive in Karachi to deliver exceptional retail service, handle smartphone technical inquiries, and drive customer retention at brand stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet retail customers warmly, assess their technical requirements, and demonstrate cutting-edge smartphone features.
- Manage after-sales support, warranty claims handling, technical troubleshooting, and customer service requests.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Intermediate with relevant customer-facing background.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail customer service, smart electronics, or telecom sales.
- Strong communication, polite interpersonal etiquette, and problem-solving abilities.
- High tech-savviness with deep knowledge of smartphones, smart wearables, and IoT gadgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at an authorized smartphone brand store or telecom customer service center.
