About the Role
Hyundai South (premier 3S dealership in Karachi) is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join its showroom and after-sales customer care team. The role handles guest welcoming, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and service feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome showroom and service guests with warmth and professional courtesy, guiding them to appropriate consultants.
- Conduct post-service and post-delivery follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction (CSI) and gather feedback.
- Log customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints into the CRM, escalating issues to service advisors and management.
- Maintain spotless customer lounge hospitality standards, ensuring refreshments and amenities are well-stocked.
- Assist in organizing showroom launch events, test drive bookings, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Generate weekly Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) reports and NPS summaries for dealership leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of customer relations, front-desk, or hospitality experience (fresh graduates with excellent communication encouraged).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Friendly, empathetic demeanor with strong conflict de-escalation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer management portals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience at an authorized automotive 3S dealership.
- Knowledge of modern automotive CRM software.
