About the Role
Master Textile Mills Ltd is hiring a talented Deputy Manager – Fashion Designer in Lahore to lead seasonal denim collection concepts, international trend forecasting, and technical garment design packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal denim concept ideation, capsule collection designs, and buyer-specific presentations.
- Develop comprehensive Tech Packs, CAD artwork illustrations, garment construction specs, and wash recipes.
- Conduct international trend analysis, catwalk forecasting, and fabric finish research to drive design direction.
- Collaborate with garment sampling units, wash technicians, and merchandising teams to ensure design execution.
- Present seasonal denim lines to tier-1 global fashion retailers and international buying houses.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related creative field from an accredited design institute.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on design experience in apparel manufacturing, specifically in denim garments.
- Expert command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D CLO / Browzwear, and technical garment drafting.
- Deep understanding of denim washes, laser patterns, wet processing, and sustainable garment finishing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience developing export collections for North American or European retail brands.
