Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Fintech & Oracle APEX
About the Role
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is recruiting high-caliber FinTech professionals in its Finance & Accounts Division to drive the development and rollout of an integrated digital finance architecture and expanding the E-Vouching system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mission-critical Oracle APEX applications for Finance & Accounts divisions.
- Architect and deploy robust RESTful APIs for automated integration with banking systems, G2P/P2P payment gateways, and regulatory portals.
- Write high-performance Oracle Database PL/SQL code including stored procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers.
- Lead module development for Central Accounting, Budgeting, Tax Final Accounts, and Executive MIS dashboards.
- Ensure stringent data integrity, financial auditing compliance, security controls, and reporting automation.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BBA/MBA in Finance/FinTech, or BS/MS (16 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Science.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database programming.
- Extensive experience with PL/SQL, SQL data modeling, and RESTful API engineering.
- Prior background with financial modules (GL, AP/AR, Tax, Budgeting) within enterprise ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dual qualifications in both Finance and Information Technology.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced financial analytics tools.
