Deputy Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent - Data Center Facility
About the Role
National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites skilled engineering technicians under NADRA Employees Service Regulations 2002 for critical Data Center Facility infrastructure operations and 24/7 technical monitoring in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operation, continuous monitoring, inspection, and preventative maintenance of critical Tier-3/Tier-4 Data Center facilities.
- Manage and troubleshoot critical power, cooling, LT & ATS panels, PDPM, SPM, PDUs, diesel generators, and HVAC chillers.
- Monitor environmental sensors, UPS battery banks, fire suppression systems, CCTV, and physical access control systems.
- Utilize Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools to analyze real-time power utilization and thermal metrics.
- Provide round-the-clock (24/7) emergency response and rapid fault isolation to maintain zero facility downtime.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized technical board.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of verified post-qualification experience in mission-critical data center or industrial facility operations.
- Sound technical troubleshooting expertise in automated transfer switches (ATS), LT switchgear, and precision cooling.
- Maximum age: 35 years (inclusive of general government age relaxation).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Data Center Technician (CDCT) or relevant industrial safety certification.
