Director Investor Facilitation

Basic Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates who hold their degree from a globally recognised institution.
• The experience must cover investor facilitation, regulatory affairs and/or one-window operations across multiple agencies at federal and provincial government levels.
• Domicile is required for this position.
• Age limit: 40 – 55.
• Establish binding MOUs with every provincial department involved in investment approvals — Industries, Revenue, EPA, Energy, Labour, Local Government, Excise & Taxation and relevant development authorities — specifying turnaround times, escalation triggers and accountability mechanisms.
• Build and lead a dedicated relationship management model that assigns case officers to every project above a defined threshold, with end-to-end ownership from first meeting through launch and authority to convene inter-departmental coordination meetings.
• Implement and manage the IRM system so that every investor interaction, approval status, SLA timer and bottleneck is captured digitally, with real-time pipeline dashboards provided to all stakeholders.
• Develop investor guides and process maps for each major approval category — land acquisition, utility connections, environmental clearances, company registration, labour compliance and construction permits — and publish them on the GIGP portal and in print.
