About the Role
PARC invites applications from professional drivers holding valid LTV licenses for 2 contract vacancies of Driver (SPS-02) based at BARDC Quetta for research field travel and official duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive official vehicles safely for research scientists and administrative delegations across Balochistan.
- Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records, and routine maintenance schedules.
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections including engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, and battery health.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, vehicle security, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Matriculation certificate from a recognized educational board.
- Valid Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) Driving License.
- Minimum 3 years of practical driving experience after obtaining license.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years; Balochistan Domicile holder.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge for rough-terrain 4x4 vehicles.
