EUC Systems Engineer (End User Computing)
About the Role
Easypaisa Digital Bank is hiring an EUC Systems Engineer at its Islamabad Technology Campus. The engineer provides enterprise desktop engineering, end-user hardware troubleshooting, OS deployment, and technical incident resolution within defined SLA TATs.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve enterprise IT tickets logged through iTop / iPeople within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deploy, configure, and maintain employee hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile workstations).
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, MS 365, Antivirus software, Outlook configurations, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with hardware OEM vendors for warranty repairs, spare parts replacements, and equipment upgrades.
- Set up and support executive video conference rooms, Microsoft Teams rooms, and live corporate town hall streaming.
- Maintain strict adherence to banking cybersecurity policies, endpoint security compliance, and asset management registers.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of enterprise End User Computing (EUC) or IT desktop support experience in a tech firm or bank.
- Expert knowledge of Windows 11/10 Enterprise, Active Directory, Azure AD/Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WLAN troubleshooting).
- Customer-centric attitude with strong troubleshooting under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or CompTIA A+.
- Experience supporting high-security banking or fintech end-user environments.
