About the Role
Nippon Paint Pakistan is seeking an ambitious Executive – Business Development in Multan to cultivate architectural partnerships, drive corporate coating specifications, and generate commercial sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and convert new corporate accounts, real estate developers, building contractors, and interior designers.
- Deliver technical product presentations and coating consultancy on decorative, automotive, and industrial coatings.
- Establish relationships with prominent architects, civil engineers, and project consultants across South Punjab.
- Maintain detailed logs of project site visits, client pipeline status, and technical sample submissions.
- Negotiate project supply agreements and coordinate product deliveries with regional distribution warehouses.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or Applied Sciences.
- 2 to 5 years of verified field business development or project sales experience in building materials or paints.
- Excellent communication, convincing negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building capabilities.
- Good working knowledge of regional construction projects and contractor networks in Multan and surrounding hubs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous institutional sales exposure with premium architectural paint brands or building finishes.
