Facility Supervisor - Operations & Maintenance
About the Role
AAA Facility Management (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Facility Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance in Lahore to oversee corporate facility services, HVAC/electrical maintenance, and on-site vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility operations, janitorial standards, and mechanical/electrical maintenance across client premises.
- Coordinate routine preventive maintenance schedules for commercial HVAC chillers, backup generators, and fire systems.
- Manage on-site technician teams, shift rotas, attendance logs, and workplace health and safety compliance.
- Respond swiftly to client facility complaints, emergency maintenance calls, and service requests.
- Track spare parts inventory, monitor contractor SLAs, and maintain comprehensive facility inspection logs.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- DAE in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC, or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years of verified supervisory experience in integrated facilities management or commercial building operations.
- Sound practical understanding of building MEP systems, fire safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.
- Strong team leadership, vendor supervision, and polite client communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supervising multi-story corporate towers, shopping malls, or MNC headquarter premises.
