About the Role
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is hiring a Field Sales Professional in Karachi. The role manages B2B sales of BOPP, CPP, and specialized barrier packaging films to converting industries and FMCG packaging converters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer sales portfolios across flexible packaging converters and printing presses in Karachi.
- Drive revenue growth, order bookings, and achieve monthly volume and recovery targets.
- Build long-term relationships with procurement directors, printing managers, and factory technical heads.
- Coordinate with factory supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee timely deliveries and minimize lead times.
- Monitor market credit terms, track customer receivables, and enforce strict payment collections.
- Gather commercial market intelligence on plastic polymer resin prices, competitor film pricing, and new market demands.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical/Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of direct B2B field sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging films (BOPP/CPP/BOPET), inks, or polymers.
- Solid knowledge of the printing, converting, and flexible packaging manufacturing ecosystem in Karachi.
- High commercial negotiation competence, client relationship management, and numerical ability.
- Valid driving license and personal conveyance for daily client visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established contacts with leading packaging converters in Korangi and SITE industrial areas.
- Technical understanding of film barrier properties, lamination, and metallized films.
