About the Role
BRIM Burgers is hiring a dynamic Field Trainer – North in Islamabad to deliver comprehensive restaurant operational training, audit food safety SOPs, and support new branch rollouts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site operational training for front-of-house (FOH), kitchen line (BOH), and delivery crew members.
- Audit and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene guidelines, and hospitality standards across outlets.
- Deliver structured station observations, skill evaluations, and on-the-job coaching to bridge operational gaps.
- Support new restaurant openings (NROs) through intensive pre-launch training and kitchen workflow orientation.
- Track training effectiveness, prepare audit scoring reports, and conduct refresher culinary workshops.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of solid training or supervisory experience within quick-service restaurant (QSR) or hospitality brands.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, culinary hygiene (HACCP principles), and customer journey standards.
- Strong vocal communication, charismatic presentation, and motivational coaching abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading multi-unit training for reputed casual dining or burger chains in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
