About the Role
Recruited through the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). Lead federal law enforcement inquiries into transnational cybercrime, economic fraud, anti-human trafficking, and anti-money laundering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigation squads executing warrants, electronic evidence seizures, and case inquiries under the FIA Act.
- Prepare comprehensive Final Investigation Reports (FIRs) and charge-sheets for federal special courts.
- Liaise with national institutions and international counterparts including Interpol and UNODC.
- Direct digital forensics and cybercrime case examinations in coordination with the Cyber Crime Wing.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree or 16-year Bachelor's from an HEC-recognized university.
- Age Limit: 22–28 years plus 5 years general federal age relaxation.
- Clear physical fitness standard for federal uniform and field investigative duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Criminology, Computer Science, or Forensic Sciences.
- Understanding of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), Pakistan Penal Code, and PECA 2016.
