Key Responsibilities
- Gender: Both men and women may apply.
- Establish and run the performance management system across all positions, including KPI frameworks, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals and performance improvement plans.
- Manage all procurement activities under Punjab Public Procurement rules, ensuring competitive, transparent and efficient procurement of goods, services and consultancies within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations, maintaining clean audit opinions and establishing internal controls that prevent financial irregularities.
- Direct the deployment and maintenance of GIGP's IT infrastructure, including IRM/CRM systems, the website and investment portal, collaboration platforms, data management systems and cybersecurity protocols, while driving digitalisation of internal operations to reduce manual processes.
- The appointment is on a contract basis.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Age limit: 35 to 50 years.
- Domicile is required for this position.
- Manage GIGP's physical facilities and protocol operations, ensuring office spaces and investor reception areas project institutional professionalism and coordinating logistics for events, delegation hosting and official functions.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Secretary GIGP.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance or Commerce from an HEC-recognized institution, or ACCA, CA, ACMA or another relevant professional qualification from a duly recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a senior leadership role across support functions such as HR, Accounting & Finance, IT and/or Administration.
- The advertised education level is Masters/Bachelors (Hons) with 16 years of education, in Accounting, Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy, Commerce, Finance, Human Resource Management or Business and Management Sciences, including ACCA and ACMA.
