About the Role
PPHI Balochistan invites dynamic professionals for multiple high-impact positions including Finance Officers (PKR 85k), M&E Officers (PKR 85k), Pharmacists (PKR 110k), and System Administrators (PKR 150k) across regional field offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee district financial disbursements, primary health facility budgets, and internal financial controls.
- Conduct field monitoring and clinical service evaluations across Basic Health Units (BHUs) in assigned zones.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventories, medicine quality assurance, and cold-chain compliance at health centers.
- Maintain enterprise server infrastructure, system virtualization, and wide-area health networks.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- MBA Finance, M.Com, BBA (Finance) for Finance Officers with 2 years of relevant finance experience.
- Pharm-D registered with Pharmacy Council for Pharmacists with 2 years of clinical/hospital experience.
- Bachelor's / Master's in Social Sciences, MBA, or MBBS for Monitoring & Evaluation Officers.
- BS in IT/CS with 2+ years in server administration, Linux/Windows, and virtualization for System Administrator.
- Age limit: Less than 55 years; local Balochistan domicile holders preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in health-sector NGOs or public health programs in Balochistan.
