HR Executive - Recruitment & Operations
About the Role
Orient Lighting (sister concern of Orient Group) is hiring an HR Executive - Recruitment & Operations in Lahore. The position handles full-lifecycle recruitment, employee onboarding, daily attendance management, and HR policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, retail, and corporate positions from sourcing to final job offers.
- Screen candidate profiles, coordinate interview schedules, and conduct initial HR evaluations.
- Oversee new employee onboarding, asset allocation, and orientation workflows.
- Manage biometric attendance, leave administration, overtime verification, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Assist in drafting and enforcing corporate HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain accurate physical employee personnel files and digital records on the HRIS.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on corporate HR experience, with strong focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Familiarity with biometric attendance systems, payroll workflows, and Pakistani employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an electronics, lighting, or manufacturing industry setting.
- Familiarity with employee social security (PESSI/EOBI) documentation.
