About the Role
Bahoo Foods SMC Pvt Ltd needs two Lab Analysts in Okara for food laboratory testing, quality checks and documentation. Apply by 30 September, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, data analysis, and policy evaluations to formulate strategic recommendations for Bahoo Foods SMC Pvt Ltd.
- Collaborate with inter-agency stakeholders, review development project proposals, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, policy briefs, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for this position.
- Experience in a food manufacturing laboratory is preferred.
- The age limit for applicants is 20 to 30 years.
- The gender preference stated for this vacancy is male.
- Degree areas named for this vacancy are Food Safety & Quality Management and Food Sciences & Technology.
- Conduct microbiological testing for bacteria, yeast, mold and other relevant microorganisms, where applicable, to monitor the microbiological quality of products and materials.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, worksheets and sample-tracking documentation so that each sample and result can be traced and reviewed.
- Assist with investigations related to quality deviations, customer complaints and product failures by supporting the laboratory side of each inquiry.
