About the Role

Ombudsperson Punjab invites applications for the post of Law Officer under ADVERTISEMENT-26-02, based in Rahim Yar Khan. Candidates need an LLB or equivalent with at least a second division and five years of practice as an Advocate in the High Court. The last date to apply is 26 September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of responses, submissions, pleadings and legal documentation for proceedings before courts, tribunals, appellate forums and other competent authorities.
  • Assist in drafting legal opinions, briefing notes, summaries, reports and legal memoranda.
  • The monthly salary range shown is 0 to 100,000.
  • Three positions are open under ADVERTISEMENT-26-02.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic Requirements

  • LLB degree or equivalent from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
  • Minimum second division (45% and above) in the qualifying degree.
  • Domicile is required for this position.
  • Masters or Bachelors (Hons) with 16 years of education, with Law as the subject area.
