Management Trainee - International Business
About the Role
Sarena Textile Industries is inviting high-potential MBA graduates to join its competitive Management Trainee Program for International Business in Lahore. Trainees will undergo intensive cross-functional rotations across production, export marketing, and brand operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured 18–24 month cross-functional training curriculum across textile manufacturing and apparel operations.
- Gain hands-on knowledge on the factory floor covering spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and garment assembly.
- Collaborate with international business managers on global market research, customer presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Assist in monitoring export order executions, raw material consumption, and manufacturing cycle times.
- Analyze business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and present optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
- Undertake strategic cross-departmental assignments to prepare for future executive and global brand leadership roles.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Recent MBA degree from a top-tier business institution (graduates from LUMS and Lahore School of Economics preferred).
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience displaying exceptional academic records.
- Demonstrated leadership, intellectual curiosity, determination, and persistence throughout academic pursuits.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at the company's manufacturing facility on Sheikhupura Road, Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in Supply Chain, International Business, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Fluency in international business etiquette and written English.
