About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Complete structured technological and banking rotation programs across digital banking, core systems, infrastructure, and IT security.
- Collaborate on the development, testing, and deployment of enterprise banking applications and fintech microservices.
- Support data analytics, machine learning modeling, and database management initiatives across banking operations.
- Assist in identifying cybersecurity vulnerabilities, implementing monitoring scripts, and adhering to SBP digital security guidelines.
- Participate in agile software development sprints, documenting technical specifications and user journeys.
- Solve operational IT bottlenecks, providing support to central and branch banking systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI, or Information Security.
- Graduates from HEC-recognized or reputed foreign universities with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 70% marks.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of software engineering or IT experience.
- Sound programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or modern web development stacks, alongside relational database concepts.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in cloud computing (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, or modern data engineering.
- Final year projects focused on fintech, blockchain, or automated financial systems.
