Key Responsibilities
- Execute core operational, administrative, and technical functions assigned to the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) role.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in their degree.
- Age limit: Maximum 28 years.
- Fresh graduates holding a Master's degree or a 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution/university in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Insurance, or equivalent fields.
- Alternatively, candidates with equivalent professional qualifications such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, or PIPFA are also eligible.
