About the Role
National Insurance Company Limited seeks a Manager Administration on a contract basis. Requires a Master's degree or 16 years of education with at least 60% marks, 6 years of experience (3 at senior level), and age up to 35 years. One vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Supervise security, safety, cleanliness, and other support services.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers in coordination with relevant departments.

- Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level, preferably in administration/operations management.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years.

- Ensure efficient management of administrative services, facilities, office infrastructure, logistics, and support functions to provide an effective administrative environment for smooth business operations.
- Coordinate provision of utilities, office services, maintenance, and other administrative facilities.
- Manage office space allocation, furniture, equipment, and related administrative resources.
- Master's degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration, or a 4-year bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute/university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
