About the Role
National Insurance Company Limited seeks a Manager Corporate Affairs on a contract basis. The role involves Board coordination, corporate governance, regulatory liaison, and Takaful business management. Requires a Master's degree or 4-year bachelor's with 60% marks, 6 years of experience, and age up to 35 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate matters relating to the Board of Directors and its committees.
- Prepare and coordinate Board meeting agendas, working papers, summaries, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely circulation and maintenance of Board meeting documentation and minutes.
- Maintain proper records of Board decisions, resolutions, and committee proceedings.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in senior-level corporate, Board, or governance functions.
- Preference for experience in executive coordination, government/institutional affairs, insurance sector (especially CCG for Insurers), or public-sector entities under the SOE Act.
- Excellent drafting, official correspondence, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience in Board/committee matters and compliance.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years.
- Eligibility Criteria Experience 6 Years
- Manage and develop the Company's Takaful business/function in accordance with Shariah principles, applicable regulatory requirements, and the Company's strategic objectives.
- Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a 4-year bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute, with at least 60% marks.
