Key Responsibilities
- Direct operational planning, resource allocation, and team management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Oversee departmental workflows, monitor project deliverables, and enforce compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, government agencies, and partners to ensure effective service execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in data analysis, research or business intelligence are also encouraged to apply.
- The degree must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university or institution.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or equivalent.
- Experience in data collection frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, performance indicators or management reporting systems.
- Preferred: experience in the public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sector.
- Maximum age limit is 50 years.
- Eligibility Criteria Experience 4 Years
- Act as the central focal person for PSEB-wide data, maintaining structured, reliable and up-to-date datasets across exports, companies, industry facilitation, skills, projects, events, delegations and infrastructure.
