Manager - E-Wallet Operations
About the Role
OPay Pakistan is hiring a high-impact Manager – E-Wallet Operations in Lahore to lead digital wallet transaction operations, partner bank integrations, customer escalation resolution, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily digital wallet transaction settlement operations, funds flows, and partner bank reconciliations.
- Lead, train, and coach operations supervisors and support specialists to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Monitor real-time payment gateway uptime, transaction failure rates, and dispute resolution turnaround times.
- Collaborate with 1Link, member banks, and internal product teams to troubleshoot transaction processing bugs.
- Develop automated KPI reporting dashboards, workflow standardizations, and risk mitigation protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Banking, Commerce, or Computer Science.
- 3 to 5 years of operations supervisory experience in a fintech enterprise, digital wallet, or commercial bank.
- Deep understanding of digital financial services (DFS), 1Link switches, SBP EMI regulations, and wallet lifecycles.
- Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and process improvement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language is a strong bonus given international stakeholder coordination.
