About the Role
The Fuelers (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an experienced Manager HR & Administration at its Head Office in Garden Town, Lahore, to lead full-lifecycle corporate staffing, payroll governance, policy enforcement, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement robust HR strategies, operating manuals, and performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive head office roles and retail oil marketing field operations.
- Supervise monthly payroll execution, employee benefits administration, attendance compliance, and labor law regulations.
- Direct facility management, corporate procurement, security protocols, vendor agreements, and office maintenance.
- Resolve workplace grievances, champion employee engagement initiatives, and implement fair disciplinary frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of proven leadership experience in corporate HR and administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, and statutory employment compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR leadership experience in the Oil Marketing Companies (OMC), energy, or logistics sectors.
