Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of personnel records and sensitive HR matters.
- Provide administrative support to keep the day-to-day operations of the PMU smooth and efficient.
- Manage logistics arrangements for PMU activities, field visits, monitoring missions, meetings, workshops and other Programme events.
- Maintain and regularly update records of PMU assets, equipment, inventory and other resources, ensuring proper utilization and accountability.
- Perform any other HR, administrative and logistics duties assigned by the Project Director.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- At least 07 years of experience in Human Resource Management, general Office Administration and Logistics.
- Relevant experience of INGOs and Government departments, with strong familiarity with rules and regulations.
- Maximum age limit: 48 years.
- Ensure timely communication and effective implementation of HR and administrative policies, procedures and organizational updates.
- Coordinate procurement and administrative arrangements related to office facilities, supplies, transport and other logistical requirements.
- Master's degree in management sciences, or 16 years of education with HR specialization or a related discipline, from an HEC-recognized university.
- The eligibility criteria also list Bachelor of Arts (BA), BBA (Human Resource Management), MBA (Human Resource Management), EMBA (Human Resource Management), BA (Hons) Business Management and MA Human Resource Management among the qualifications.
