About the Role
Ayesha Spinning Mills (Pvt) Ltd is recruiting motivated fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Import & Export program in Lahore to master foreign trade, customs clearing, and export rebates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist commercial managers in preparing export shipping bills, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
- Learn and coordinate banking documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and Export Finance Scheme (EFS) compliances.
- Monitor incoming raw cotton and machinery shipments, customs clearance documentation, and port delivery schedules.
- Maintain systematically organized trade audit files, duty drawback logs, and regulatory rebate documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, clearing agents, freight forwarders, and internal procurement teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of basic exposure to commercial documentation.
- Basic conceptual understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), export documentation, and customs workflows.
- High attention to numerical accuracy, strong written communication, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience within textile spinning or export merchandising houses.
