Operations Lead
About the Role
Pakistan Digital Authority has one Grade-9 contract vacancy for an Operations Lead. The role covers administrative, facility, asset and workplace support operations, and requires a bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience. Applications close on 28 September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate official travel arrangements, including air ticketing, hotel or accommodation, transportation and related logistics.
- Manage administrative contracts, vendors and service providers, and monitor their performance and deliverables.
- Scrutinize administrative invoices, bills and supporting documents, and coordinate their processing for payment.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, operations, facilities management or workplace support services.
- Experience in the public sector is preferred.
- Eligibility Criteria Experience 6 Years
- Manage and supervise the Authority's day-to-day administrative and operational affairs.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to senior management.
- Manage official vehicles, drivers, transportation and other logistical requirements.
- Process and coordinate procurement of administrative goods and services in line with applicable PPRA rules, government procedures and Authority policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
